Never Enough Currency is a Mod for Minecraft 1.16.5/1.15.2 that will add paper and coin money to the game. Namely U.S. dollars, only it doesn’t really have anything to do with currency. The denomination of the currency in this mod is called UMD (Universal Minecraft Dollar). It has no comparison to other real currencies, and you will need to determine the value of the money yourself.
Where does the money come from?
From hostile mobs (including most modified ones), money will be dropped in the form of drops depending on their health. This works as follows: their health is divided by a value to get the amount of currency they have to drop. The default value is 8. This can be changed in the configuration, and hopefully the configuration file will explain it in more detail.
The GUI in the upper left corner has been slightly redesigned to make it aesthetically pleasing and to provide information about a new feature: bank accounts.
Bank accounts are your way to remotely save your money without worrying about other players stealing your money. ATMs are your way of both depositing and withdrawing money from your bank account. The ATM itself is only one unit high, allowing you to place it inside walls or build a freestanding ATM.

Here’s an example of the ATM’s graphical interface. It has buttons to toggle between depositing and withdrawing funds, as well as a “Accept” and “Reject” button. These buttons speak for themselves.
The deposit has no restrictions other than the amount of money you can carry in your inventory. In the future, wallets will be added that will allow you to physically store money and save space in your regular inventory. ATM will have automatic support for this and will treat any money in your wallet as money belonging to you, allowing you to deposit it.
However, there is currently a $25,000 withdrawal limit. This is because money takes up a lot of space in your inventory ($25,000 is about four stacks of $100 bills). This limit will probably be increased once wallets are added. This limit is subject to change before a new version of the mod is released.
Withdrawal also allows you to withdraw only what is in your bank account. If you have $0 in your bank account, you will not be able to withdraw anything.
